CANCELLATION POLICY

 Cancellation: - To receive a full refund, guests must cancel prior to 96 hours before check-in. 

Reschedule: - If inclement weather or a natural disaster disrupt your reservation, guests can reschedule, as a reschedule must be made prior to 24 hours before check-in.

No-Shows: - Guests that make a reservation, but do not show (NO-SHOWS) are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
